Culinary delights

Satisfied guests are happy guests – and that’s exactly what we want at the Bed & Breakfast Tirolerin. You’ll be satisfied not only with the variety of activities in the surrounding countryside, but also with the culinary delicacies we pamper you with in the morning.

Hearty breakfast

for the best possible start to the day

The extensive breakfast buffet leaves no wish unfulfilled. Here you’ll find homemade jams and cakes, crispy croissants, the finest coffee and tea specialties, the best hams and sausages from a Tramin butcher’s shop and well-seasoned South Tyrolean bacon, a variety of regional cheeses, eggs, juices, yoghurt and cereals, and much more.

Enjoy our fantastic breakfast

with its regional and organic delicacies on our magnificent terrace overlooking the vineyards and the nearby Roen mountain!

Terrace

A treat

to keep you going

After your return from your hike or cycling trip you’ll also find a small, enjoyable snack: from mozzarella on tomatoes and a bacon platter to raw ham with melon and Kaminwurz sausages to cheese platters and other regional specialties, we have everything to satisfy your hunger – and it all tastes really good! In addition, it’s only ten minutes’ walk to the centre of Tramin village, where you can be pampered in the pizzerias, restaurants and inns – bon appétit!

By the way, our favourite restaurant in Tramin is the Taberna Romani restaurant in the historic Romani residence!

Drinks

not just for when you’re thirsty

The selection of drinks in the Bed & Breakfast also ensures that guests are satisfied, because both thirst quenchers and enjoyable drops are included – a variety of wines, beer, Aperol Spritz, Hugo, soft drinks and much more to sweeten the day. Connoisseurs and lovers of wine are in the right place in the wine village of Tramin with its numerous wineries where they can also find a new favourite wine to take home. They’ll find not only exquisite white wines such as Gewürztraminer, but also the best South Tyrolean red wines such as Vernatsch and Lagrein.
